Terms of Service

1. About WokQR

WokQR is a software-as-a-service platform for restaurants, providing QR ordering, menu management, kitchen workflows, billing, reports, promotions and related operational tools. WokQR is operated by Karwingz.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using WokQR, you agree to these Terms. If you use WokQR for a restaurant or business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, maintaining access credentials, and all activity carried out through your account. Do not share authentication credentials or use another person's account without authorization.

4. Plans, trials and billing

WokQR may offer Free, Starter and Pro plans and may introduce additional plans or change commercial terms prospectively. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. A promotional or trial period may be offered and may be subject to plan-specific conditions.

Taxes, where applicable, may be added to the displayed price or reflected in the invoice. Payment processing may be provided through third-party payment providers such as PhonePe, PayU or Stripe. WokQR does not receive or store full card credentials handled by the payment provider.

5. Subscription cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled from the WokQR account where cancellation controls are provided. Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, cancellation prevents future renewal and does not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of a prepaid period. Refunds, failed-payment adjustments and duplicate-payment handling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Restaurant and customer content

You retain ownership of content that you upload or create, such as menus, images, restaurant information, offers and operational data. You grant WokQR the limited rights necessary to host, process, display and secure that content for providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your menus, pricing, tax information, promotions and customer-facing communications are accurate and lawful, and that you have the necessary rights to upload third-party content.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use WokQR for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, infringement of third-party rights, or attempts to disrupt the service or payment infrastructure.

8. Third-party services

WokQR may integrate with payment processors, hosting providers, messaging providers and other third-party services. Their own terms and policies may also apply to those portions of the service.

9. Availability and changes

WokQR is provided on an ongoing service basis. We may perform maintenance, security updates and feature changes. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms or where required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Intellectual property

WokQR software, product branding, documentation and platform design remain the property of WokQR/Karwingz or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WokQR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Kerala, India.
